I normally order online but this time I was on my way up to Sunshine Coast and stopped in. Needed a cave for the Bristlenose and they did not have right size in stock. However the manager was very helpful when I spotted one in the right size in one of their tanks and he was happy to sell me this one! Very grateful and excellent service as always!!
