As a woman, who is fairly new to the aquarium hobby, I have been to many places and encountered men who have treated me as though I were not knowledgeable about my one passion (shrimp) and patronisingly at best. The guys the Tech Den have treated me with respect, listened to me, and treated me wonderfully. I never feel patronised and I always get the help that I need. It is wonderful to be able to go somewhere, feel completely welcome and know that I will be looked after. They have the best selection and we drive 45 minutes to get there because it is absolutely worth it.
