I purchased a packout rolling toolbox from Tool Nut, and sadly it was damaged during shipment. I contacted Tool Nut and was given different options on how to resolve my. Partial refund or even swap. I chose even swap.
While it's never good to receive damaged goods, Tool Nut was very understanding.
Will I shop or recommend Tool Nut, well um, I have a wish list and items in my cart. So thats a yes!
