“My hubby bought a battery charger for his power tool(s). He opened it and it didn't work. He emailed and they told us bc it was opened it couldn't be returned. It didn't work on his batteries. How would you know if it worked if you didn't open package? We were told it's in the return policy. Even with " dint like it return it policy" $80 waste of our $. Buyer beware. Their delivery was prompt that's why a rating of 2.”
“Simply put, I found the email they sent out deceptive. They advertised a 15 % sale on Milwaukee and the chance to earn double the points on purchases. As the customer I was suppose to understand that these were 2 separate offers even though the Milwaukee advertisement pointed directly at the double points statement. Double points ends on the 15th however they ended the sale on Milwaukee after 2 days. I did my best to send a screen shot of the advertisement so you can decide if I'm wrong here.”

“I ordered a 118" track for my Makita track saw, which was shipped directly from Makita. It was damaged upon delivery. I contacted Tool Nut and spoke with Jason S. I sent some photos of the damaged item and he contacted Makita to have them ship a replacement. He even asked for additional packaging to prevent future damage. I received the new track quickly and undamaged. Jason S. provided excellent customer service and I will order from Tool Nut again. Thanks”

“Placed an order with tool nut for some new Milwaukee packout storage did not really pay attention to shipping but unfortunately it was handled by ups, what a mess , driver refused to deliver because I complained about him then sent it back saying I refused package, customer service was to re send via good ol usps but didn’t happen was resent ups and back to square 1, called toolnut to just refund when it gets kicked back but happened to speak to Rhiannon who made all sorts of calls to ups to get my items delivered, within a few days had package in hand and Rhiannon called a few times to give updates. To me the prices were on target and a few things cheaper but it was the after shipping customer service that stood out. Would definitely recommend”

“I have made 5 purchases to date, and all have had stellar results. I did #1 and #5 via internet, and the rest with the help of Rhiannon over the phone. She has been EXTREMELY helpful and responsive. My first purchase had shipping damage. She was responded quickly, and gave me the option to return the tool (heavy) and send out another, or send it back for full refund. Since it was a small fascia part, I inquired if the mfr could just send me the part and fix it myself. The new part arrive within a week, and I was back in business. On my successive orders she had the answers I needed. For a small company, I got WAY BETTER service than large tool suppliers.
They also offer an incentive for rewards. Be SURE to order off the internet to take advantage of this. Their system doesnt allow phone orders to cross into the rewards system just yet. I understand they are working on it. I should have read the directions. (What old fart does that? Lol). I really hope they address that quickly, because as an older customer, I like the personal connection of making a purchase. Being in business for 40 years, I learned that people do more business with people they “know”. I know I’m ending the era, and new customer base is fine with internet sales. But I feel comfortable knowing Rhiannon can address my concerns, and get me on the right track.
My only other “wish” is that they (or anyone for that matter) had a paper catalog. Sears and JC Pennys business fell off when they stopped. Yes, it’s dated, and prices change. But they sold more product that people weren’t specifically looking for. Internet sales are limited to what people specifically look for and that’s it. Flipping thru a catalog is much more relaxing without stupid popup ads for irrelevant things. It also helps give a company identity for what they carry. Man, I miss the old days….LOL.
