Tool Nut was great to work with. I placed my order by phone with Rhiannon and requested the shipment to be delayed several weeks while I would be out of town. Rhiannon agreed and tracked the order to the proposed date. Two days prior to that date, Rhiannon contacted me to ensure the date was still valid, and the order shipped.
