My hubby bought a battery charger for his power tool(s). He opened it and it didn't work. He emailed and they told us bc it was opened it couldn't be returned. It didn't work on his batteries. How would you know if it worked if you didn't open package? We were told it's in the return policy. Even with " dint like it return it policy" $80 waste of our $. Buyer beware. Their delivery was prompt that's why a rating of 2.
