Living close by I tend to visit the shop in person. You have an amazing 'real' shop and should be very proud. I find the website quite difficult to navigate at times. As a beginner to wood turning I don't know the names of things and without that knowledge it can be more of a problem. Many of the pages have so much information on them it can be daunting. Great that you have the info, maybe it can be split up a little somehow. If it weren't for the in person visits I'm not sure I would have persevered (sp) with the website or just gone to another that is easier to use. So in summary. Great range of products unfortunately let down by the website. I hope you find this useful and take it in the way it is intended. Best of luck in developing things further
