Ordering the gift vouchers was easy, I like the personal message you can include on the voucher and they arrived very quickly.
I feel a massive improvement to the customer experience would be - being able to pay online via card or Paypal at the point of order rather than have the faff of having to phone up and pay over the phone!
Happy with service just a really annoying step in the process!
