Had a problem with one item in my order, it was sorted out very quickly and very satisfactorily. Always a test of a supplier, but Toolpost get top marks for that. Other than that only a small issue with items that were out of stock; there was no communication at time of order that the items weren't available so the wait for them was unexpected. Overall a good supplier with a very informative web site.
