The goods are excellent, the website is very helpful and full of useful material.
Delivery is timely.
Unfortunately the price for the goods is very high compared to some other suppliers and when you add postage as well this makes it almost prohibitive.
I was going to buy some Arbranet but found that Axminster were far cheaper.
