This week ToolPost supplied a backplate for a chuck. The backplate was machined slightly eccentric to the 33mm bore resulting the chuck not running true.
Advised ToolPost of the problem supported with a few pics and 24 hours later a replacement backplate arrived at the workshop. Chuck now runs as smooth as a die.
First dealings and experience with ToolPost and will not be the last.
