The insert I ordered for my Oneway chuck came very quickly-- in fact on the next day!
Frankly though I thought the postage charge was a bit excessive since the stamp on the package said £3.35, and I was charged £5.58. I also feel it would be more honest to show prices including VAT. For a £21 item it ended up £10 dearer. You asked!
