Friendly and helpful mostly. Some items I ordered online were not in stock 9not shown at time of ordering) resulting in delay likely to be several weeks. Toolpost could have shown some initiative in offering alternative from their extensive stock. In the end I asked them if they could do this - and then they responded very quickly with next day delivery (after the initial delay)
