The items I have bought from The Toolpost have always been dispatched promptly and arrived in perfect order.
My only reservation regards prices, which are definitely on the expensive side, and quoting without VAT, which is pathetic in this day and age. I've no doubt the majority of their custom is not to businesses, so the price should be inclusive; self employed turners etc. are capable of working things out for themselves.
Also, it costs nothing like £5 odd to dispatch a DVD, as Amazon sellers will testify.
