On this occasion I had a good transaction with The ToolPost, however this isn't always the case. The staff are often arrogant and show little tolerance for customers who do not have their level of knowledge.
It is a shame that they are sole importers for many of the products they supply. I would certainly shop elsewhere given the choice.
