I needed to prompt ToolPost for an order confirmation, which should be automatic after an online order is placed.
The express delivery cost me about $75 USD and took 6 days, which may be reasonable given that this was an international shipment. Perhaps there needs to be a lower cost shipping method that is 1-2 weeks.
