Superb, for many many reasons:
1. Great range of quality products, and they are in stock as well...
2. Very attractive pricing, must create a headache for (e.g. French) competitors
3. A rare combination of good website interaction, and personal, friendly, and knowledgeable people on the phone for sorting out orders and questions
4. Not same-day, but same-hour expedition of orders!
