Two recent orders were delayed by one out of Stock item. I was promised an update many times with the first order but did not receive the promised call back. I chased the first order multiple times and once again after a few weeks, only to be told that Toolpost were in the same boat as me and had no idea about when the remaining item would arrive!? Being as they had taken the money for the order at the time of placing it, I asked for a refund and to cancel the order. The person on the phone seemed totally uninterested in resolving my issue and securing my order. So, I have been avoiding using Toolpost again, but unfortunately they are the only retailer that seems to have the particular faceplate I need. So, I placed an order much against my better judgement and once again they have taken my money and then emailed me to tell me one item is out of stock and to expect an email when it is back in stock, no eta or offer of sending the items that they do have in stock. Very poor customer service/communication and it would seem that I am going to have to cancel the order and never use them again
