The tools that were delivered were as ordered and well packaged, on this and their response to an e-mail enquiry would warrant a 5 star rating, but I am giving 4 as there was a confusion of information about delivery, I received an e-mail telling me about delivery and giving a link so that I could follow the delivery but all that this would tell me was that the item had been picked up. I ordered these at the same time as I ordered from two other firms each of the others reached me 3 days before the toolpost order. Get rid of the e-mail notification or get it working for that last star.
