One item I ordered was out of stock. Received very nice email letting me know, response from customer service was good and better than most companies. Gave me a new delivery date and kept to it. Delivery was excellent and a lesson to many companies as to how to do it right. Was given notice an hour before delivery so did not have to wait in all day. If item had been in stock rating would have been very good, five star even
