Purchased a watch strap for my apple watch first time from this joke of a company! Parcel has been marked as Delivered however not been delivered to my address and most likely to another address or stolen by the driver!
Contacted the company and so far have spoken to useless and extremely unhelpful agents! Shockingly I’ve been told to contact Royal Mail as it’s my responsibility to resolve it!
AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!!!!!!
