“I purchased what was advertised as an 'Ocean band Apple Watch strap' to replace my existing one. The product was also advertised at £99 reduced to £49 in the sale. Without looking too far, my thoughts were that there were selling on Apple stock. On receipt of the item it looked fine until I had to break the hygiene seal. It was instantly clear this was far from the quality of my existing ocean band. I contacted the support team who were prompt in their responses. They definitely do not want to give refunds. Because I had broken the hygiene seal they would not provide a refund but I could select another strap. In other words ironically, they will take a return and repackage to sell on as long as you take another imitation strap. My advice would be, buy direct from Apple if you want to ensure you receive a genuine band, or buy an imitation from Amazon at 1/5 of the cost of WsC and who are also great with refunds. Be very wary.”

“Buy genuine Apple straps instead. I purchased 3 straps (buy 2 get 1 free). The first oddity was that I did not receive any confirmation or receipt for my order. Nonetheless, it did arrive within a couple of days. Once I had the straps I tried on the Leather Link Strap. I found that the strap tended to buckle/kink between the magnetic links rather than smoothly loop round my wrist. The next strap, the Trail Loop, I was unable to slide into my watch. The little rubber pieces looked as if they would break if I tried harder. The third strap I did not even attempt to open. I therefore deemed the first two traps as faulty and returned all three at my own expense. WsC did not acknowledge receipt or processing of my return until I prompted them after the number of days they said it could take. They concluded that the straps were not faulty and thus would not refund me. It seems that WsC will state that any fault is non-existent and then use the hygiene seal on their packaging as a get-out-of-jail-free card to refuse refunds. It is not possible to identify most faults without first trying to use the product. I later requested that the straps, excluding the unopened one, be sent back to me. They sent them back promptly. However, they did include the unopened one even though I specifically stated that they should keep it and refund that unopened one. Buy genuine Apple straps instead. They are superior quality to WsC. You can try on and inspect the product prior to purchase. Although I have not attempted a return to Apple I would imagine that it is a better experience than WsC.”

“The watch strap company did not reply to any of my enquiries about the product, exchange, or return. Though the product seems good quality in his non adjustable. The returns process is expensive as although they advertise free delivery they claw this back and do not offer a full refund. Far cheaper alternative good quality straps are available so all in all this has been a really bad shopping experience.”

“I highly recommend that no-one purchases from this company. They do NOT fulfil their orders and ignore any attempt to contact. So to be clear, they take your money and give you NOTHING in return. I've spent a lot of money and absolutely nothing to show for it. They're thieves. Plain and simple.”

“I was hesitant to order at first, given that the prices are far lower than Apple's own watch straps, but I'm pleased I did. Quality-wise, I really can't tell the difference, if there is any at all. Delivery was next-day, as promised, and the travel box it arrived in is a lovely addition. Overall, a great saving and a very good find. 5 stars”

“I've been meaning to upgrade the strap on my Ultra for the longest time. After debating whether or not to invest in the Hermes strap that Apple offers, I thought it made sense first to try something a little lower priced, so I opted for a WSC Defiant. Even with the added diamond, it works out FAR less than most straps offered by Apple, and to be frank, it is a fabulous looking strap which, in my opinion, is actually far nicer looking than any of the Apple options. The deployment class is exceptionally sturdy, and the leather is top-quality. Very happy with my purchase and I would certainly recommend WSC”

“All in all, a very nice strap for Apple watch. The leather feels good quality and is comfortable to wear. I think maybe the packaing is a little excessive and it probably doesn't need to be shipped in a bracelet box (a bit overkill imo). But all in all, the quality is there and exceptional value for the money”

“I have just bought the 3 for 2 deal for my wife’s 50th based on the reviews I had read, this is my experience: - 2 Oxford and magnetic strap - excellent quality, very sturdy and look expensive. - returned 2 straps (unwrapped) as wife didn’t like colour/magnetic option, was a few days later that the 28 days (sent on a Friday). Today (Tuesday) I have received the replacement straps (with a watch size change) with no hassle or cost, and again excellent quality. I would highly recommend this company and will be buying more straps in the future! Thanks for the excellent service WSC 😊”
