I have never seen so much overpacking for 3 simple watch straps. They came in 3 rigid watch boxes inside another box inside a plastic envelope!! One simple cardboard box or envelope would be enough

Purchased a watch strap for my apple watch first time from this joke of a company! Parcel has been marked as Delivered however not been delivered to my address and most likely to another address or stolen by the driver! Contacted the company and so far have spoken to useless and extremely unhelpful agents! Shockingly I’ve been told to contact Royal Mail as it’s my responsibility to resolve it! AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!!!!!!

In an extremely rare case such as yours, where Royal Mail have confirmed recorded delivery of your item (designed to fit through a standard letterbox) and have also provided you GPS tracking information to confirm delivery to your address, we do require that you sign and return a written declaration of non-receipt so that we are able to work with the Royal Mail support team to do all that we can to locate your item. I note that you haven’t been willing to return this statement to us so far, however, if you would like to return this we’ll do all that we can to work with Royal Mail to see if there is any more information available. The Grey Oxford Leather Watch Strap was purchased as a Christmas present for my daughter. It was beautifully presented in its own case and seemed to make an ideal present. Unfortunately, after only 11 weeks of normal wear, the grey finish has begun to rub off the edges of the leather and one of the bands has broken. The Company have been less than helpful deeming the wear to be 'damage' even though the strap is covered by a six months guarantee. In view of the cost, even at the discounted price, I do not believe it represents good value.

I ordered a strap from this company. The moment it arrived there was an issue and the strap wouldn't fit. I didn't want to force it as I didn't want to break my watch. I noticed that the problem was because the back of the holding mechanism wasn't sitting flush. Also on the other side there was a tiny hole on the side. Clearly a manufacturing fault because when comparing with the other half of the strap the mechanism didn't have the tiny hole and was sitting flush. They said I needed to send mine back so they could inspect it as the pictures were not sufficient. I advised that I needed a replacement much sooner so offered to buy a replacement strap and send mine in for a refund. I had to pay return costs which was advised would be refunded to me. Two weeks later I chased them for the refund and they called me to say my strap wasn't faulty as it would fit in the ones they tested it in. I asked them to put two straps side by side and see the difference however they refused to accept there is any fault whatsoever. I will let you judge by the pictures whether there is an issue or not. I have initiated a charge-back as all they would offer was a gift card or a replacement strap which is stupid in itself considering they told me there's nothing wrong with mine apparently... For fairness I have to add the second strap was fine and I have been wearing it with no issue for about two weeks but when there's an issue don't expect them to resolve it.

A 100% review rating should always raise your suspicions. I have ordered twice with this company. The initial order was fine although not next day as promised. I then received an offer to thank me for ordering which was very misleading- it gave the impression that there was a discount on one strap when in fact you have to order two. I ordered one strap and was charged for two (who wants two identical straps!). I asked for one to be refunded and of course the cheaper price was refunded. I therefore asked for the complete order to be refunded- of course that takes up to 10 business days for which I am out of pocket.

Terrible company who won’t offer prepaid returns and hide behind the consumer rights act, watch strap faulty around 40 days after purchase. Never again.

As your strap is well within our 6 month warranty period, we do urge you to return it to us so that we can resolve any issues that you are having (you should by no means be left with a faulty product). Our policy is to refund postage on faulty items, however, we do ask that the item is first sent back to us so that we can assess it for fault. Once a fault has been confirmed, we will arrange an immediate refund of your postage in-line with our returns policy. I have had two watch straps from this company, both the same. The one I had for myself, lasted about 3 months before it started coming apart.
