“I thought I had ordered the diamond version but turns out I hadn’t by mistake. Surely they could have just sent out a replacement clasp with a diamond in it, instead I had to return the whole strap before the new one was sent”

“Shipping to Dubai is NOT next-day (this ONLY applies to UK). I waited almost a week for my bands to arrive. Happy with the product but delivery outside of UK could be faster”

“The watch strap seems really good so far, so all good from that viewpoint. What I am really quite bothered by is the amount of packaging. I understand your desire to create a premium feel to your product, however it is simply way over the top for a small silicone watch strap. This level of packaging is not acceptable in todays world, even if it is recyclable. Had I known about this before, I would not have purchased from you.”

“Mixed feelings about this first of all don’t buy this if you don’t plan on keeping it as the returns policy is strict and unnecessary in my opinion comes in a tamper proof package so they know if you’ve opened it to look or try it on also paid next day delivery it came 2 days late virus or not don’t offer next day if it’s not possible and the tracking number didn’t work so unable to trace why, The strap it’s self is lovely and I bought as a gift for my partner she loves it however it’s far to big so now I have to buy a link remover to make the right size, no shops open to adjust due to virus so I now have to wait for a link remover to come so she can wear it. As stated the strap itself is lovely and looks elegant without the hefty price off a genuine apple one this is more off a reasonable price and looks like it will last.”

“Pleased with the quality of the watch strap, however, this was supposed to be a birthday present for my sister but the delivery guy allowed my sister to sign for the parcel and ruined her surprise :(”
