The strap is made of a nice and soft REAL leather, none of that faux / PU leather rubbish. Once you have you disconnect your old strap its really easy to fix the new one, it just slides and 'clicks' into place on the apple watch, takes maybe 30 seconds top to swap things over. I bought the black defiant with black stainless steel fittings and the feel high quality. Very well made and I'm confident it'll last a long, slightly more expensive than other third party straps but to be honest, you get what you pay for its leaps and bounds ahead.
