I bougth 2 leather straps from 2 different companies, one being WSC (I won't name the second) because I really wanted to compare the two and decide on a solid alternative to Apple as their prices are just a little too high. Both straps arrived quickly, but that is where the comparisons stop. The WSC strap was much better packaged and the leather itself feels much more premium, its very soft on the inside and has already started to mould to my wrist fantastically. It did take me a couple of minutes to figure out the size adjustment, but I think that may have been the kids distracting me. With nothing bad to say I've definitely found my new strap company and will be back when I'm on the hunt for something new.
