Torie couldn't have been any more helpful! I returned returned my Pink Oxford as I wanted a more vivid, almost Barbie pink and asked to exchange it for a Pink Prowler explaining my reasons. Torie gave me a call to explain that the colour of the two straps were similar and even sent me a little video to show me! In the end I went for a Black Oxford which I LOVE and a pink sport band which I’m also very happy with! There was even a little handwritten note inside the exchange from Torie wishing me a good week. 5 stars, excellent support and beautiful products at a great price. I will defo be shopping again!
