Extremely disappointed that the bottle of whisky I ordered did not fit the box I also purchased. The box had a personal message on it I was unable to get a refund. Whilst I appreciate this, I consider that as the dimensions of the box were not on the website,
an acknowledgement of this and of my disappointment, by a small refund, would have been much appreciated. I will not use this company again
