I initially had a difficult time contacting this company through their contact link and was quite frustrated. After emailing them directly instead of using the link, Sam reached out to me almost immediately. He had the issue fixed and a replacement out to me the next day and at my door step two days later. A+ recovery. I have already ordered additional product since.
