Service is very good. Only area for improvement is allowing someone to buy something, but have it delivered up to 2 weeks later. I wanted to grab a low stock item that was emailed as back in stock. But I was away on leave, so I ordered it. It was despatched so quickly, I now have a hassle of redelivery to my post office and maybe they might even send it back. All could have been avoided if I were allowed to nominate a future date for delivery.
