This company is ridiculous. I have ordered a pillow on the 27th of November that cost £45!!! I paid for a regular delivery 3-5 days, and almost a month later I have yet to receive the pillow. In the meantime, I have moved to a new home, called the customer service and they won't change my address even though the pillow hasn't been dispatched yet. They suggested having the pillow deliver to the old home, and if I can get hold of it, call them back and let them know that the pillow has been lost. This is utterly ridiculous. £45 for a pillow and they can't even change the address!!!!
