UNACCEPTABLE! I placed an order for a gift and paid for overnight shipping. I received an email stating that I returned it and would receive a partial refund. I didn't return something that hadn't even arrived yet. The gift is late and I want a FULL REFUND OF $74.00 or my attorney will be the next phone call.
