A product advertised discounted price but system charged full price, I contacted the white company and informed the problem with proof of screenshot with sale price and asked them to arrange refund for the difference. They claimed the discounted price for different colour although the screenshot clearly show it was for the colour that I ordered. Instead of rectifying this and honour the price advertised, they told me I can cancel it or proceed at full price!
