Ordered next day, did arrive but duvet cover packaging and duvet damaged, big rip. Did replace but took 2 days.
Not as good quality as previous bed linen, same thread count etc, but does not seem as white and not as soft and luxurious and does not wash and iron as well as their other older bed linen.
Don’t think I will go back to them! Had been a regular customer
