Terrible costumer service!!!! Requested order to be cancelled, it was never done, refused parcel, got confirmation it had arrived at their warehouse yet nearly 2 months later I am still awaiting for a refund of nearly £400, despite of hours on the telephone. Used this company for 15 years as quality is brilliant, never again!
