Another very poor experience After several calls, emails and online chats I’m still awaiting a refund The last email I received was to advise they had posted an e-voucher for refund not by email. I’m not even sure they have posted it as still nothing received in the post six days later Not sure what is happening but the past 12 to 18 months customer service has been terrible Customers shouldn’t have to contact so many times to find out what is going on
