No answer on their customer service telephone for 1 hour and 24 minutes so hung up. Online "live" chat took 32 minutes to answer and then met with a "jobsworth" who was completely useless and inefficient.
I had placed an order online and there was no option anywhere to change delivery address so it defaulted to my old address. They refused to change the address or cancel the order as it was too late and would be dispatched “immediately”.
After a wrestle with customer services a Manager finally "assured" me that they would deal with it and redirect to the correct address. FOUR days later it was despatched - to the wrong address, never to be seen again. Will never use this company again - incompetent liars
