APPALLINGLY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. PLEASE READ YOUR REVIEWS AND RESOLVE THESE ISSUES, YOU ARE LOSING CUSTOMERS.
No communication regarding a delayed online purchase I made in store, thousand pound purchase btw, not just one or two items. I can't even cancel the order after delayed ten days and make the purchase in store. If you know you are having issues with logistics THEN DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT. Don't let people wait in agony, don't brand yourself as a high luxury brand but are completely incompetent with customer service and poor logistics.
