I ordered a dress from the White Company so when I received an email telling me it was on its way via HermesI was delighted. It said I could track it on the Hermes website. When it hadn't arrive after 8 days, I did track it only to find and I quote ' We're sorry your parcel has been delayed, we'll have it on the move in the next 24hours'. After four days it still hadn't arrived so I rang the White Company only to be told it was lost and offering me a refund. An hour later I received an email from White Company saying and I quote ' We're sorry that these items weren't suitable this time', suggesting I had returned them. Clearly this is not the case. I am surprised they are using Hermes as they do not have a good tract record for safe delivery.
