Sent back 1 month ago (30 days) a £75.00 item of clothing, poor quality, included the Hermes tracking proof of sending, 30 days later, 6 e mails all promising to escalatd the issue, phones not answering and no sign of a refund.
We are initiating a CCJ in the small claims court which is dealt with at Rushton.
It has crossed our mind, is White Company in trouble, hence withholding refunds.
