I placed an order on the 22nd November for some Christmas presents as I wanted to avoid spending my money with Amazon. On the 23rd Hermes said they had the parcel, so I waited. Then I tracked it yesterday and found it was on it's way back to the sender! My local delivery man hasn't even seen it so I suppose it got damaged (only a guess).
I contacted The Works customer services and explained that I still want the items as they are Christmas presents, hoping they would re-send them.
This morning they have issued a refund. Words fail me at this point.
