I wanted to edit my review, but it hasn't appeared even though I'm told it's verified, and I don't know if I could edit it when it does appear, so here is the edited version!
I placed an order on the 22nd November for some Christmas presents as I wanted to avoid spending my money with Amazon. On the 23rd Hermes said they had the parcel, so I waited. Then I tracked it Friday and found it was on it's way back to the sender! My local delivery man hasn't even seen it so I suppose it got damaged, maybe because of poor packaging (only a guess).
So I tried to fill in The Works customer support form. It kept telling me my email address was not valid. I tried 4 or 5 times with 2 different email addresses, same result. "You must enter a vaid email address."
Then I managed to find an email address for them so I emailed them and explained that I still want the items as they are Christmas presents, hoping they would re-send them.
Now they have issued a refund. Words fail me at this point.
