Placing an ordering is easy on line and by phone. My item arrived today and am happy with purchase. My only advice would be to ensure that the customer receives confirmation of the order, and monies recieved when ordering online. I received an invoice for the order on phone but nothing about my purchase online. Just a recommendation.
