“Placing an ordering is easy on line and by phone. My item arrived today and am happy with purchase. My only advice would be to ensure that the customer receives confirmation of the order, and monies recieved when ordering online. I received an invoice for the order on phone but nothing about my purchase online. Just a recommendation.”

Also rang bank and should be getting my money back through them. However also paid via Visa gift cards and they're being less helpful and helping to retrieve my money. Rang insolvency number and they do not know of this company so they're not bankrupt as yet. Anyone else done anything different?”
“The person/persons leading this fraudulent activity need to be hunted down and prosecuted.
I am about to assess all options for doing this, as I too have paid money for an item never received, and now I am unable to contact anyone as website has also been removed.
If needs be, people who have had the same experience may help one another by joining forces in bringing the person/persons responsible to account for their actions and reimburse all those affected. I sure hope i can do this anyhow!!”

“I ordered a small bookcase in February which should have been delivered in 2 - 3 weeks. They took my money out on the 14th February. Have tried phoning - goes straight to voicemail. Have emailed several times. Email does not bounce back but had no replies. Have now put the matter in the hands of my credit company. I now notice that the site is down for maintenance (very likely)
I bought from the site as it was supposed to be a trusted site. Will be contacting police as I think this is a case of blatant fraud.”
“Interesting and hate to say I'm not the only one. I agree, please put a plea into trading standards. I too checked the address and in a residential street. This is unacceptable and at the very least they just need to return the money if they can put the furniture through production.

I have sent a recorded delivered letter to them today - what good that will do I don't know - but was advised to give it a try ??? Yep, clutching at straws !!!! Also we contacted the "Trusted Shops" which this lot are supposed to be members of - sent them all the emails - worth a try ??????”

I have reported to Trading Standards and the Police and I suggest that anyone else affected does the same asap. I made a note of their address before it was removed and it appears to be a house in a residential street!”
