I know what you mean - I have a nasty feeling we have been taken for a ride !
I have sent a recorded delivered letter to them today - what good that will do I don't know - but was advised to give it a try ??? Yep, clutching at straws !!!! Also we contacted the "Trusted Shops" which this lot are supposed to be members of - sent them all the emails - worth a try ??????
