Not at all impressed. Ordered a bed that should have arrived for Christmas guests. I chased and chased for an update on delivery which was not forthcoming. Last week, having left several voice mails (no one was answering the phone), I finally get an email saying they cannot now deliver before Christmas! I asked them to cancel the order and I managed to get another bed delivered via Amazon WITHIN 48 hours. And it was only £67! It is fabulous. However, despite writing 4 emails in the meantime asking for my money back, nothing has been credited and no one is responding to my emails. I don't like writing negative reviews, but on this occasion I am pretty furious.
