The fish we received from you was well packed - we are re-using the insulation material at home! So far we have had the hake, which was excellent. Also the wild sea bass which was even better. Absolutely delicious. Obviously the chef made an excellent job of cooking it (namely me!). I have cured and cold smoked the salmon, some of which we have eaten the rest frozen for Christmas. Again, excellent quality. Will definitely order again.
