We ordered this seafood selection for a birthday treat. Unfortunately it didn’t arrive on time, through no fault of the vendor. Mirko at Wright Brothers went above and beyond to put things right and we couldn’t be happier. The seafood was wonderful - I recommend it!

The cod fillets were a total disappointment. I prepared to cook them (simple frying) on the day they were delivered - last Friday. Taken out of the sealed pack they had a distinct odour - not 'fishy' but not pleasant - and looked dry. I cooked them all the same but the taste was not right and were very dry. We both had just one taste each and found them unpalatable and not at all pleasant. We didn't eat them. I have given you a 1 rating, as the salmon was fine and we have yet to eat the red mullet which I put straight into the freezer. The other two items in the order were for a neighbour, so I cannot comment on these.

All our fresh fish are carefully prepared and undergo strict quality and temperature checks. We also note that some items in your order, including the red mullet, had not been consumed prior to your review. Reviewing products that have not yet been used may not fully reflect their quality. Parcel arrived on correct day. Squid was frozen solid. Octopus was completely unfrozen although the ice packs were present. Phoned Company. They could not understand why and would investigate. Without any quibble replacements are forthcoming.

I ordered two bags recently and one bag could not be used as the mussels were all open .where is your quality control?

Dear Neil, It was nice speaking with you over the phone. As explained, after opening the packet, some mussels may appear open and seem dead. However, this is usually not the case and is quite common. If you fully submerge the mussels in cold, clean tap water for a few minutes, they should start to close. We hope the solution we have provided helps restore your trust in us. Had dinner at Wright Bros in Borough. We celebrated a friend’s birthday. The staff were superb, all of them! Attentive, courteous, respectful. Food was fresh and delicious. What a refreshing experience! I highly recommend this place!

I've ordered many times and no issues until a DPD courier strike. The service from the Wright Brothers in resolving the issue was beter that the number of stars i can give. Patrick O' Connor

We had lunch at Wright Bros Battersea Power Station on Sunday 12 Oct. Food was amazing - I had the moules frites (best in London) my husband and daughter had the surf and turf - lovely scallop great steak and huge toger prawn each with fries and choice of sauce. Highly recommended- the restaurant has a great nautical themed motif - and we were happy to see it welcomes dogs. We will definitely visit again

The Delivery driver left my parcel (fish, shellfish, and oysters) at my gate and did not even bother to ring the bell. He was running two Hours late, so he just left it. It was meant to be delivered between 16:25 and 17:23 and was not delivered until 19:30. The package also says it must be delivered same day, with dispatch marked the 09-10-2025, but it did not get delivered until today (the 10th). Tracking the package it seems to have been in a van for two days We had friends over for Dinner, and the oysters were going to be a surprise starter, but this has now been totally ruined - the courier has given an appalling service, I am also worried about highly perishable items being left in a Van for two days. I emailed Wright Bros, the auto reply out of office until 9-5 Monday

Unfortunately, last week was particularly challenging due to a strike at DPD, which heavily affected several depots. Yours was one of the locations impacted, and unfortunately, we were unable to recall the parcel as it was already at the depot.
