“I've ordered many times and no issues until a DPD courier strike. The service from the Wright Brothers in resolving the issue was beter that the number of stars i can give. Patrick O' Connor”

“We had lunch at Wright Bros Battersea Power Station on Sunday 12 Oct. Food was amazing - I had the moules frites (best in London) my husband and daughter had the surf and turf - lovely scallop great steak and huge toger prawn each with fries and choice of sauce. Highly recommended- the restaurant has a great nautical themed motif - and we were happy to see it welcomes dogs. We will definitely visit again”

“The Delivery driver left my parcel (fish, shellfish, and oysters) at my gate and did not even bother to ring the bell. He was running two Hours late, so he just left it. It was meant to be delivered between 16:25 and 17:23 and was not delivered until 19:30. The package also says it must be delivered same day, with dispatch marked the 09-10-2025, but it did not get delivered until today (the 10th). Tracking the package it seems to have been in a van for two days We had friends over for Dinner, and the oysters were going to be a surprise starter, but this has now been totally ruined - the courier has given an appalling service, I am also worried about highly perishable items being left in a Van for two days. I emailed Wright Bros, the auto reply out of office until 9-5 Monday”

Dear Customer, We are very sorry that you experienced this type of service — this is certainly not what we aim to achieve with our brand. Unfortunately, last week was particularly challenging due to a strike at DPD, which heavily affected several depots. Yours was one of the locations impacted, and unfortunately, we were unable to recall the parcel as it was already at the depot. “I guess initially, we thought the serving size very small. Thank goodness we only had 3 of us, because we would have struggled to get a 4th portion, definately not a 5th. I found the cooking instruction inaccurate, we ended up with soggy undercooked pastry in order to save the beef from overcooking. I do wonder if the pastry went soggy because there was no pancake layer, hence the mushroom duxelle was sitting right on the pastry. The flavour of the duxelle and the beef was good, but we wouldn't order this again.”

“The crabs came completely defrosted so unable to put into the freeze. The meal was for next week but have had to cook asap. Not happy don’t say they arrive frozen its misleading they are also tiny little things”
