“Excellent fish and seafood quality - fresh, reliable, trustworthy etc. Great presentation and attention to detail. In the past, I had some orders come late in the day and once I had the delivery day wrong, but overall I'd recommend ordering not "for the day of the party" but earlier.”

“Order one day delivery the next day- brilliant! I can’t comment on refunds or returns as the product has always been top notch. Price is expensive but no more than other suppliers. I’m a bit peeved that I usually spend £49 on an extra large crab and free delivery is £55. The system never allows me to check out and pay the £5 for delivery so I am forced to spend on crab/lobster tools each time just to check out.”

“I was very disappointed this time as I went in for the £1 a pop oysters and asked for bread, butter and a large glass of wine to go with. On the menu the largest glass is 175 ml but the waitress said she could do a 250 ml glass for me. She then charged me for 2 x 125ml ! You don't have to be in the trade to know that this works out a lot more expensive. She also rushed me by saying 'just the bill is it?' It was busy so.i didnt argue but I can't understand why a reputable company like Wright Bros would steal a few pounds off of regular customers. On a better note, the oysters were lovely!!”

“I ordered a fish curry (monkfish) and the 8 pieces of fish were attached to a large middle piece of bone leaving me with about 20g of fish to eat. Unacceptable and a complete joke.”

“Ordered 4 items. Lobster, Crab Claws, 12 Oysters and Monk Fish tail. All arrived on time, fresh and well packed with cooler bags. All but the monk fish eaten and tasted lovely.”
