“great quality”

“Order one day delivery the next day- brilliant! I can’t comment on refunds or returns as the product has always been top notch. Price is expensive but no more than other suppliers. I’m a bit peeved that I usually spend £49 on an extra large crab and free delivery is £55. The system never allows me to check out and pay the £5 for delivery so I am forced to spend on crab/lobster tools each time just to check out.”

Thank you so much for your lovely feedback about our products! We truly appreciate your support and understand your frustration regarding the minimum order value. Unfortunately, our insulated packaging and next day delivery costs are high, so we need to maintain a minimum spend to make orders cost effective. Don’t forget, you can redeem your loyalty points for discounts when you log in to your account. If you need any help, please contact us at athome@thewrightbrothers.co.uk. We’re always happy to help!
