Excellent customer service, price and delivery. The Order was fulfilled with all items sent out on time. However tracking information was not available on the Courier App so no indication of when to expect delivery. Delivery was completed satisfactorily and as usual the order received in excellent condition. Carlingford Oysters were excellent and received 13 oysters in the box of 12 as one oyster shell was broken on one edge and open and had to be discarded. Other products bought were excellent in particular the skate wings and the salt and pepper squid. Highly recommended for fresh, quality products and service

We've never been disappointed with WB@Home so maybe the 'faults' this time were just down to the seasonality of produce. Won't stop us using you again and visiting your restaurants.

Parcel arrived on correct day. Squid was frozen solid. Octopus was completely unfrozen although the ice packs were present. Phoned Company. They could not understand why and would investigate. Without any quibble replacements are forthcoming.

Good friendly service, but just too expensive now. Bill £180 for two and I didn’t even have a main. Will only be going on Wednesday when oysters are £1 .

Both fish were really nice and fresh. I was less impressed with the cleaning of the fish though. It still had gills, fins, blood line and some scales left. I had to clean it properly myself at home. Maybe a consideration for next time

Disappointed with the VAR salmon fillet for it's quality and taste. Reviews online claimed that the fillet was good and tasty, with a flavour of sea salmon. I regretted following the comments. I bought the fillet for a party of six expected it to the the star of the meal. Unfortunately nothing turned out like what they said. I used to buy Chalk Stream trout for parties. They are far better than salmon. Unfortunately WB replaced it by Steelhead trout, which isn't as good as Chalk Stream trout.

Slightly disappointed as the lobster we had a few weeks previously was beautiful the meat tender and full of flavour unfortunately this time though the flavour was ok the leg meat was good the body meat was rather chewy thus the reason for only 4 stars

Unfortunately, lobsters and crabs are naturally tricky products, and the quality of the meat can vary due to their growth and molting cycle. As a lobster or crab grows, it periodically molts its shell and uses most of its energy to harden the new one. During this phase, the meat content inside the shell can be significantly reduced. This is a completely natural process, and unfortunately, there is no reliable way to determine the meat content from the outside. While we do our very best to source the highest quality seafood, occasional variations like this are sometimes unavoidable. However, I’m sorry to learn that you were slightly disappointed with the Jersey oysters and the size of the sea bass. Regarding the sea bass, the portion size, as stated on our website, can vary between 110g and 140g. This variation is due to natural factors, which are unfortunately beyond our control. As for the oysters, I’m sorry to hear you found them dry. On the day your order was dispatched, we fulfilled many similar orders without receiving any comparable feedback. Bought 2 dozen Jersey oysters —one was off, but the rest were top quality. A small hiccup in an otherwise great order.

The order arrived promptly, in protective packaging. I popped them straight into the fridge and ate them same and next day so they were at their best. Will buy from here again

Scallops were a good size only slight issue were that some were stuck to the shells but otherwise a great product I was dissapointed with the cod the weight when ordered ranged from 140-170 per cod portion I ordered 2 packs and they both came at 280kg per pack 140kg each . Once I had received this I realised there wasnt enough for our needs so I went to Morrisons and purchased 900kg of cod loin for £16.50 this is roughly half of what I paid for 560 kg from wright bros . I have uploaded a picture below to show the difference . I was very happy with the shellfish but wouldnt purchase cod again
